Photographed in decidous forest, South west Norway, July 2nd.
Shrubby, wet dcidous forest. Lots of Stinging Nettle (Urtica dioica) on which the flies were dancing.
Possible ti ID?

No, Toxoneura longipennis is endemic to Caucasus region and, moreover, has some spots on the wings. This is probably Temnosira saltuum female: I do not know any other European Pallopterid with yellow body, black stripe along fore wing margin and without any spots on wing.
