I apologize for the dark image. Is this a Lauxaniid fly? Can more be said based on this image?

Could be a Minettia but with the way the light fall on the image it is kind of difficult to be certain.

Jonafly, thx for editing the image.

I thought this would be much easier. This fly has a very characteristic abdomen, and also the legs are distinctly dark and light.
