Fly from caves 1 - Lauxaniidae, Peplomyza

Hello everyone, I will post pictures of the several flies caught in the caves of Luxembourg that I wasn't sure about the identification. First fly looks like Pallopteridae and is about 4-5mm long, caught in August. Thank you for any suggestions!
