Hello! Because I found it on a pike in the forest (and not at home as usual) and because it was rather large (7 mm), I am not sure if this is a Fannia canicularis male. Northwest Germany. Though not visible, the arista should be plumose, and I think it is Hydrophoria ruralis (Anthomyiidae). In Fannidae, the Sc vein is straight and not parallel to R1 vein, but diverges from their bases, and vein A1 is very short.

Unfortunately also on uncompressed photos it is not clearly visible, whether the arista is plumose, but it may be the case.
