Hello!

Are these two Tachinids or is the second one a Muscid? Found yesterday near forest in Ostwestfalen/Germany. Nr. 1 about 12 mm, nr. 2 10 mm. Thanks in advance!

Second one is a Muscid. Wing venation does not fit with a Tachinid fly. The fly is not bristly enough. Also this face jizz does not seem to occur in Tachinidae

I'd say the first is a tachinid but I can't see enough detail to be able to say which genus.

Hello!

Thanks to you all! Next time I try to get better pics (not easy with the strong wind and bad light conditions yesterday).
Best regards,
Jürgen
