Two more small wasps on my car- well I think #2 is a wasp but seems to have something similar to a haltere ? ? Taken Yesterday South coast UK My guesses #1 Eulophidae #2Aphydiidae Thanks Brian V. About 1.3mm body length  About 2.5mm body length
