Two more small wasps on my car- well I think #2 is a wasp but seems to have something similar to a haltere ? ?
Taken Yesterday South coast UK
My guesses
#1 Eulophidae
#2Aphydiidae
Thanks

Well, if you insist: I think pteromalid and Alysiinae of the Braconidae.

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
