Could this be Brachycentrus subnubilus?
Cought in light trap, July 11th 2010, Southwestern Norway.

You should look another family, as this is ?-4-4 in the spur formula, and Brachycentridae is 2-2-2

This might be the Limnephild species Rhadicoleptus alpestris.
