Hello! I have searched the site and come to the conclusion this is Fannia manicata due to the spikes on T1 and the dilated area near the apex of T2. The only feature I haven't seen in flies which may have been this species is the dark wings. Is this correct? Taken on 26th March 2011, on my wall near Lincoln UK on a dull, chilly 7C day! Size was ~7mm Janet blowave attached the following image: [119.35Kb] http://cubits.org... |
