 Cheilosia pagana male?

Hello! This seems to be a regular each year, I think it's Cheilosia pagana but would like to know if it could be said for certain. I did have the female last year which is easily recognisable with it's large orange antennae. 18th March 2011, my garden near Lincoln UK. 2 pics Janet
