Is here an identification possible?

Location: northeast Germany, near the town Ludwigslust, heather at a pond
Date: 05. September 2010
Length: around 10 mm

Ah, there is a second pic

broad vertex, bare eyes and erect apical scutellars:

first guess would be Lydella spec.

And it seems to be male, so it can't be L. stabulans.

Leaving L. grisescens or L. thompsoni
