Perhaps Ephydridae. It looks a bit like Discomyza incurva, but the wings seems to be too long ...

It isn't Discomyza incurva, I don't think it is Ephydridae.
I think it is either Chloropidae or Agromyzidae, I'd vote for Chloropidae.

Could be Discocerinini (Ephydridae), but not enough detail to say much more! Sad

crex, Nikita, Tony, thx for your help. I think not enough is visible on this image to put a firm family name on it. So I'll leave this as Presumed Ephydridae.
