This this an Opomyza sp.?

I got only this one angle unfortunately. West Virginia USA, 330 meters elevation, meadow near deciduous forest, 18 September 2010.

I forgot to add, the length was 5.6 mm to the apex of the wing.

Either Opomyza germinationis or O. petrei.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
