It is a Sapromyza. I don't know why I did not see it yesterday. I missed the photo. I can't see the ac's well, so a bit hard to say which species for me, but it belongs to subgenus Sapromyzosoma

Hi, no, it is not the same. S. quadricincta (=bipunctata) has ussually only one pairs of spots at abdomen and always 4 rows of acrostichals. Black brush at hind tibia absend. S quadripunctata has two pairs of spots and two rows of ac. This specimen is a male, because of black brush at hind tibia. Katka |
