...and therefore no good pics. Is it nevertheless possible to tell the families? I think the only 1-1,5 mm long first is a Nematocera (?). The second one (2-3 mm) possibly a Lonchopteridae? Thanks for any hints!

Actually, that is a brush of hairs on the antenna, and yes, that is found in males of many species.
