Muscidae. At first glance, I would say Thricops or Lophosceles. Do you have other pictures ? How about the chaetotaxy of scutum ? Arista seems finely pubescent, eyes not distinctly hairy, pre-alar setae short ? All this need to be confirmed... A magnification of hind coxa could be useful to see whether there are setulae or not (Thricops)...
