This appears to be Homoneura indecisa Malloch, which is a relatively common species in Queensland. I can't think of another Homoneura with a pair of spots on tergite 5, yellow antennae, no acrostichal setae (except the prescutellars), and no markings on the wing. This is a common enough gestaldt for a few European Sapromyza, but not so common for Australia!
