A Sepsis sp. fly I think...

And another Sepsidae fly... but not Sepsis sp.

This fly mimics very well the Formica fusca that was around...

According general impression 3-d fly most probably Nemopoda. If you want more precise ID, please, try to get images with visible forelegs.
