Very unusual antennae

Antennae with prominent bristles. Taken 9 August 2010. West Virginia foothills, elevation 1000 meters. Near both forest and meadow. Length: 2.0 mm from front of eyes to tip of abdomen; 2.6 mm from front of eyes to tip of wings. Can someone tell me what this is? Thanks for your help! Looks a bit like a wasp from the family Diapriidae - just a guess
