Hi

Photos taken today (blurry...) in VISEU. I went to garden and saw a fly in leaf litter. Very dark fly, and small. Which can be this fly?

Thank you.

My guess is a female Melanophora roralis (Rhinophoridae) - hunting for woodlice.

Sounds as a good guess.
However, the wings are completely dark, suggesting rather a male.

Males are 'notorious' sun-bathers.
