Hi all, just returned from an early autumn visit to the Eastern Aegean island of Kos. While photographing butterflies on the scrubby margins of the Tingaki saltpans I saw this distinctive beefly. None of my literature mentions it so I hope that someone on this forum may be able to identify it for me. Taken on the 11th September. Unsure of size but approx body length is 15mm. TIA. Steve.
