I think it could be C. mollicula. Due to its color variability, one can be hardly sure only on the base of a picture.

I tried to key this fly again with "Muscidae of central Europe" I have now. Still key leads to C. mollicula, but still with some doubts, due to my luck of experiens with this large genus.
