Micropezidae from southern India (!)

I believe this is a Micropezid but would like confirmation and genus if possible
Reduced foreleg, dorsal arista and separation between fore coxa and mid coxa visible

Date: 22-Aug-2010
Behaviour: seen singly at bird dropping, when disturbed flies into vegetation nearby. Waves white tipped foreleg rapidly like some hymenoptera

Should be Micropezidae indeed. No idea about further identity, though.
