Found several of these flies in a garden, Kalmthout, Belgium. Is Muscidae correct and is it possible to say more? Tomorrow, I will post other pictures. Thanks in advance!

Muscidae correct, male of Graphomya. For species identification check mid tibia. Graphomya maculata doesn't has ad on mid tibia, G. minor poses 1 ad. I think this one is G. maculata. |

Thanks, Andrzej! I caught G. maculata a while ago and this fly looked very similar, but I was confused by the brownish colour of the abdomen. I will check the ad later this day. |
