Prealar seems long, so would be Hydrophoria lancifer male
There is another one very simular H.diabata, but never had the pleasure to meet one and is also never seen in Belgium and the Netherlands, so most likely it is H.lancifer (very common)

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
