The problem is that nearly *all* of the Gymnosoma (but not nitens) are possible ... and in Spain you have a few species that are not in the Central European key, which makes them very hard to work on. For instance, in the key when you decide that it is female (abdomen pattern tells me this) the first couplet asks you to examine the shape of the genitalia ... so we fail right there.

Theo Zeegers might be able to see some features that eliminate some species but Gymnosoma is a *very* difficult genus to identify (even with specimens) and is in need of revision to double-check whether some of the species are good/stable. Smile

but this one is from the easy female-with-black-parafrontals kind, so it should be G. nudifrons with little doubt
