This Tephritidae was new for me, and I am looking to its name..
(I have more detail-pictures if needed)

Do you have the idea?

Looks a bit like Terellia (Cerajocera) tussilaginis.

i would suggest Chaetostomella cylindrica (Robineau-Desvoidy, 1830)

I searched for C. Cylindrica in the postforums and got:

It is quite similar.., good chance for C. Cylinrica!
