I collected this fly (7-8 mm) today in a little bush not far from my house, Kapellen, Belgium. It looks a bit like Dolichopodidae to me, but I can't find it in the Gallery. Any help with family/genus/species is greatly appreciated. More pictures and specimen available if needed. Thanks in advance.

Looks like you are right. Thanks a lot! I will change the title to attract someone who could give the species.

I will try to fix the messages this month. We have to make some other configuration changes before software goes out of support at end of year.
