Is this a Syrphus ?

Could anyone confirm this is a Syrphus ? I've been checking at all places at hand, but found no Syrphus species looking like this one, and conversely, found no Syrphus species like this.

The fly is rather large. To give an idea of size, the flower (Rosa micrantha) is about 25 mm across. Picture was taken on 11 July at a mountain site in Sierra de Cazorla, southeastern Spain, at 1650 m elevation.

No picture... Maybe you have to remove any spaces in the file name.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
