Would anybody help me in this fly's ID? Picture was made in Hungary, on the bank of the Danube river. Flies were running next to the water on the wet sand. Size is about 5-6 mm long.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
