 Can anyone help me identify this fly? It was photographed today in the West Midlands, UK, feeding on pollen from Ox-Eye Daisies (Leucanthemum vulgare). Approx 4-5mm in length?

 200000 bytes. No spaces in the file name either.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
