Hi,
can anyone suggest a species this Syrphidae?
I take the photo on 10 June 2010 Kokkola Finland.

Should be Eupeodes luniger, as the yellow marks clearly do not extend to the edge of the tergites and the hairs on the scutellum are mainly black. However, I had not noticed yet that its eyes are thus hairy. My photos do not show this, but your camera allows for higher magnification, which might be the explanation.

Not Eupeodes, but Dasysyrphus, with haired eyes.
Looks like a male Dasysyrphus pinastri, but from these pictures I can't rule out Dasysyrphus lenensis....
