Looks very interesting. At first I thought to Lophosceles cinereiventris, but 3 post dc is insufficient and pra seems a bit too long. I have keyed it out as Phaonia longicornis, a species I absolutely don't know. This species seems to be typical from Scandinavia. 3 post dc, pubescent arista,no presut acr. and yellow halters would make this species. Did you collect it ?
