Need to check but I think I see a proboscis pointing. Might be Dryodromia...

Dryodromia is entirely yellow, at least single European species (see Diptera Gallery). It is difficult to say about the genus after these pics. Two versions are possible: or some Clinocerinae (long proboscis may indicate Roederiodes, or Pseudoheleodromia) Igor |
