This looks like a Dryomyzidae but it has no bristles on the upper part of katepisternum....
Size: 9mm. Caught in Middle part of Sweden in july.

Sciomyzidae: Tetanocera elata or [/i]phyllophora[/i]. Larger size and strong infuscations on the wing would indicate the former.
