Tachinid on moth from Turkey

Hello,
This tachinid obtained as parazit on caterpillar of Tiger Moth (Arctiidae) from East Turkey. Its ID will be very much appreciated.

Looks like a Carcelia, very difficult genus.

We would need to see the specimen itself to be able to say more.
