Length of whole thing 15 mm, lenght of single 'egg' 3 mm. On the other side it is seen that 'eggs' are loaded nicely simetricaly like pile of fire wood, except the top ones. This is on bottom side of Cerasus vulgaris branch, so if it was something there it fell off, I presume, will check. Just looked at it today, nothing moved jet.
