Hello together

I found this fly on a street embankment in Baden-Wurttemberg (Southwest Germany) on March 19th, 2010. This one take flew there in a large number in and over the grass.

Is she part of the Tachinidae? Size about 8-9 mm.

Looks like Pollenia (Calliphoridae).

Only very few Tachinidae have the vertex so narrow (though they exist, for instance some Macquartia males)
