Looks like Micropezidae, but I don't see one to match it in the Gallery Only a guess though... |

It was found away from the beach, walking on a white wall. Very mosquito-liking when in filght. |

See the discussion here. I cannot clearly see whether the costa wing is darkened along the margin in the tip (there appears to be the slightest bit), but the pre-apical rings on the femora are clearly closer to the tip than in the thread linked to. I hesitate to draw a conclusion of ephippium or octoannulata.
