Hmm, it's a nice fly - not one I have seen before. With hairs all over R1 ... R4+5 & CuA1 it has to be close to Actia/Ceromya etc. My guess would be Ceromya because of the orange colouration  and possibly Ceromya silacea, working by the Central European key.
