This photo was sent me from Ukraine, greenhouse with Pleurotes fungi. Resembles Cookella albitarsis. Is it so? What is it doing there (mycetophagous or somethimg else)

I dare say you are right. As far as I know they are detritivores, utilising material that is rotting or nearly so for larval development. I dó noth think they will 'attack' fresh fungi but rather select the ones that already have been damaged or ailing.
