Well, Mydaea is correct, it is even possible to see the setulae on radial node. Mydaea corni has a wholly yellow scutellum (ground colour). This one is a female Mydaea urbana in my opinion, given the dense yellowish dusting, yellow legs and chaetotaxy (prealar longer than post ntpl, arista long plumose). This is not a definite ID though.
