Similar problem like with Egle. This fly I have identified as Botanophila and also I am not sure if it is correct. Specimen also from Poland.

I study Anthomyiidae also, but on your photo i can't see:

Is frontal vitta black or with yellow/orange color
Is costa haired beneeth or not
Is mentum of proboscis black shining or not
Prealar short,long, or absent
How many katepisternals
Arista haired or not
Tibia 2 with 2 pd and setae on other legs are not good visible
Etc.
I personally would soften up the fly and try to pull out the genitals and compare with the genital plates (you probable have)

I could not find further information about the fly (only what's standing in Ackland key)
