Hello! This 2 mm Hybotid from last night the light in our garden (northwest Germany) resembles the P. (australo-)minutus I had shortly, but it's legs are more yellow and the middle pair less thickened than in other Platypalpus I know. There are entirely black species as well; some species have extremely swollen mid femora, in others mid femora are hardly more swollen than the fore femora; antennae can be short or elongate, yellow to black, with a white arista; male genitalis can be small and inconspicuous to large and conspicuous...
