One more male but this time a Hybomitra.
Could this be aterrima?

Male of Hybomitra aterrima group (aterrima, auripila, micans). Males are very difficult for me, I suppose it should be aterrima, boreomontane species, but it is without certainity. If you have some free collected specimens of Tabanidae, send me them and I can send you results of ID. Libor

Sorry, but I do not collect up till now anyway.

But a lot of Tabanidaes tries to collect my flesh out in the woods.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
