A fly captured on 13 10 2009 at Van, East Turkey about 4-5mm. Could its species can be identified?

I would say Heleomyzidae ! Wink tribe Heteromyzini. Specimen slightly destroyed Frown Maybe a dorsal view of head and thorax is possible ?

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
