Hello, I'm not entirely sure about this Chrysops, so I would be very happy for your opinion . The tibiae are brown, but I can't make out any stripes on the thorax - is it still C. relictus? It is a male and they are little different... I think it is C. viduatus. But I have low experiances with males. Libor |

Yes, viduatus is most likely. Abberant specimens can only by IDed by the length of the palpi. Theo |
