Hi, I keyed out this larger (~3 mm) long tick specimen from an old book, and this could be nothing else than (Pholeo)ixodes hexagonus, but the shape of the head is somewhat different than the drawing. Maybe only because the perspective. Can someone help? It is a male. First leg narrows abruptly, with a hump on dorsal side. Genital opening is between the 3rd leg pair.
