Hello. Sounds like a fly, but, really is?

From about 3-4 cm. Perched on the rocks.
In Castell de Ferro, Granada, Spain

Greetings

If You're not sure, if something is a fly or not, look at

-if it has 2 wings
- the second wingpair is represented by the so-called halteres
-a rather short antenna, like this one, or a long antenna with identical many segments
- many hairs at most cases (unlike for example Heteroptera, parasitic wasps, etc)

Thanks for your information and identification.
I like to shoot the critters, but my knowledge is very limited.
I figured it could be a fly, but was not sure because I had not seen before.
Greetings

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
