Nice photos but I doubt you'll find anyone who will commit to more than a genus - most of the Sarcophagini are only identifiable on male genitalia Yours is a male - so it would have been an excellent specimen to key-out - but I can't really make out the bristles so I can't begin to key it to genus Manager of the UK Species Inventory in the Angela Marmont Centre for UK Biodiversity at the Natural History Museum, London. |
