Top one looks like some kind of Scatopsidae.
Bottom one Ceratopogonidae

Top: Nice picture, and ok for Apiloscatopse, but I would rather incline for scutellata or picea. A. flavicollis is more intensively yellowish on thorax and has yellow legs.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
