Top one looks like some kind of Scatopsidae. Bottom one Ceratopogonidae |

Top: Nice picture, and ok for Apiloscatopse, but I would rather incline for scutellata or picea. A. flavicollis is more intensively yellowish on thorax and has yellow legs. |
